The Onyx Redmond - Review - Love it :)

So i felt it is my duty that I correct those who are being misled by those bad reviews since I had a totally opposite experience while I left my apartment at Onyx in April 2014.
My stay here was as pleasant as it could be. The staff of Onyx is well trained and very courteous and they take care of you very very well. I dealt with Hillary very often and she is real gem of a person dealing with people. Other staff members(Jennnie/Niki) are equally good I would say. And I would definitely give a 5 star on that.
Now coming to the apartment vacating time. Even I had thought that they will charge un-justified charges and everything, going by the reviews. However I was pleasantly surprised to see that there were no charges apart from the regular cleaning and minor damages (Of course we had made the effort to keep everything in good condition ourselves as well which makes sense). The staff was very helpful to discuss and sort out anything which I asked about. And my move out was as smooth as it could get. They made it a point to make me satisfied on any charges which I pointed out.
They were willing to sort out and offer something for the next year however due to my constraints and plans it did not work out. Currently I am staying temporarily with a friend however I would definitely look for an apartment at Onyx if I am staying in this area again.
It was a wonderful experience and I want others also to experience it themselves rather than going by the misleading reviews.
One of the leasing office lady at some other community had made a point when I asked about the bad reviews about their community. She said,"You are most likely to write about a bad experience and share, than the good ones" which makes total sense to me.
So I would say, don't go by my words and don't go by the other reviews either. Experience it yourself and make an informed decision.
